Mumbai Service is an independent home appliance repair service provider operating in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or connected to any appliance manufacturer or their official service network including but not limited to Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Voltas, Godrej, Sony, Panasonic, or any other brand. Brand names are referenced solely to identify the types of appliances we repair. We provide out-of-warranty, third-party repair services only.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (mumbaiservice.online) or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Services Provided

Mumbai Service provides doorstep home appliance repair services including but not limited to:

  • Air Conditioner (AC) Repair & Servicing

  • Refrigerator / Fridge Repair

  • Washing Machine Repair

  • LED / Smart TV Repair

  • Microwave Oven Repair

Our services are available 7 days a week across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.

4. Booking and Appointments

  • Bookings can be made via phone call or our website contact form.

  • We will confirm your appointment and dispatch a technician at the agreed time.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to technician availability, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Please ensure an adult (18+) is present at the location during the service visit.

5. Service Charges

  • A service/visit charge may apply for technician dispatch, which will be informed before confirmation.

  • Repair charges will be communicated and agreed upon before any repair work begins.

  • Additional charges may apply for spare parts, if required.

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Warranty on Repairs

  • We provide a limited service warranty on the specific repair work performed (typically 7 to 30 days depending on the nature of repair).

  • This warranty covers only the specific fault repaired and does not cover new faults, misuse, power surges, or physical damage.

  • Warranty on spare parts, if any, is subject to the parts manufacturer's warranty policy.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the appliance and the issue

  • Ensure safe access to the appliance at your premises

  • Not misuse, abuse, or threaten our technicians

  • Pay agreed charges promptly upon completion of service

8. Limitation of Liability

Mumbai Service shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from our repair services

  • Pre-existing conditions in the appliance not related to the reported fault

  • Data loss from smart appliances during servicing

  • Delays caused by unavailability of spare parts

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service.

9. Intellectual Property

All brand names, trademarks, and logos mentioned on this website (Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Voltas, etc.) belong to their respective owners. Mumbai Service makes no claim over these trademarks. They are used solely for descriptive and reference purposes under the principle of nominative fair use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
